How do I save my progress across devices? Open Account and sign in with Apple, Google, or your email. Your progress, crystals, and purchases sync automatically.
How do I restore purchases on a new phone? Sign in with the same account, then Account → Restore purchases.
How do I invite a friend? Open Invite friends from the Account screen or the leaderboards and share your code. When your friend enters it (“Have a code? Redeem it” on their invite screen), you each get 50 crystals right away.
My friend's code won't redeem — why? Each account can redeem one code, ever — and you can't redeem your own. If it still fails, check your connection and that the code is typed exactly (they look like HEX-XXXX).
What are crystals and how do I earn them? Crystals are the in-game currency, used for power-ups. You earn them by winning levels and stars, clearing crystal tiles, daily challenges, weekly quests, the daily Grove Gift, and inviting friends — or you can buy them in the Shop.
Can I run out of power-ups for good? No. You can always buy one with crystals right from the tray — and you never need a power-up to finish a level.
How do the daily challenges work? Three boards a day — easy, medium, hard. Finish all three to earn the day's reward, and fill the monthly calendar for a bigger one. Missed a day? You can go back and complete it any time that month.
What are weekly quests? Three relaxed goals that reset every Monday. Progress adds up during normal play — claim each reward from the quest list on the main screen, and finish all three for a bonus.
How do the leaderboards work? Ranks has three boards — Campaign, Daily, and Endless. Only your best scores count, so replaying can never hurt your rank.
Can I play offline? Yes — the whole campaign works offline. Leaderboards, daily challenges, the shop, and friend invites need a connection and sync when you're back online.
How do I switch between day and night themes? Settings → Theme — keep it day, night, or let it shift with the time of day.
The game has no sound — what do I check? Settings has separate toggles for music, sound effects, and ambience, plus a volume mixer — and check your device's silent switch.
How do I delete my account? Account → Delete account — removal is immediate and permanent. See our privacy policy.
